Telecoms and Digital Technologies Academy (TDTA) is proud to announce that in Barcelona, Spain, and on the sidelines of the ongoing GSMA’s Mobile World Congress, a cooperation agreement was signed between (TDTA) and GSMA to build capabilities in the field of mobile communications and to become a Centre of Excellence for GSMA in the Middle East and North Africa regions.
